
Bernard Mallet
Mr. Bernard Mallet is a partner with the law firm LeBlanc Maillet. He practices primarily in the fields of Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Financial Law, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Bernard regularly provides guidance to lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of commercial financing issues and has considerable experience advising small and medium business owners during all stages of the corporate life cycle – from start-up and growth to succession planning and sale of the business. Mr. Mallet also regularly advises vendors and purchasers in residential real estate transactions as well as various land developers and residential builders. Mr. Mallet was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2007 and has since been practicing law at LeBlanc Maillet.
Mr. Mallet completed his undergraduate studies at the Université de Moncton and obtained his law degree from the same institution in 2006.
Mr. Mallet is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers Association and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau Brunswick.
He lives in Dieppe with his wife and two daughters.
